The exterior area is particularly handsomely designed, with plenty of seating options for two to countless people. The high and stately trees on the estate pay testament to the venerable history of this well-kept property. Take a seat on one of the terraces or balconies, covered terraces, or patio surrounded by flowers. Plenty of opportunities to enjoy the warm, pleasant Mediterranean climate. The terrace wrapped around the stately pool of 50 m², with a depth of 2.5 m, is equipped with 12 sunbeds for extensive sunbathing. The little ones can splash around in the small separate children's pool. It is marvellous to enjoy sunbathing, a nice night by the barbecue, or just the relaxation in the roofed part of the terrace adjacent to the house together. The countless outdoor seat options actually offer a view of the sea, over the lush strokes of green. The villa is particularly attractively located close to the sea in the quaint village of Son Carrio. The municipality, with only 1,100 inhabitants, lies around 4 km from Sant Llorenc. Large purchases can be made in Manacor or the handsome village of Artà. You will find several well stocked supermarkets as well as a selection of good restaurants in both villages. Those who want to get active can visit the golf course in Pula close by. You should definitely enjoy relaxing beach days on the beautiful beaches of Sa Coma, Cala Millor, S'Illor, and many more, stretching out along the southeast coast. You should also visit Porto Cristo harbour (5 km) – either to spend a pleasant beach day or to saunter along the promenade in the evening and visit a bar or a good restaurant.
